PALLET LIVE STORAGE

The Margolis Pallet Live Storage is a dynamic ‘first-in’ ‘first-out’ pallet racking solution, which is ideal when stock date is important. The key advantages of this product are that it offers an extremely high storage density, provides automatic stock rotation and requires minimal use of fork lift trucks.

Each dedicated lane is set at a slight incline and pallets are loaded onto gravity rollers at the higher end. This means when a load is removed from the picking face at the opposite end, the next pallet rolls into position, providing instant replenishment and efficient stock control. Movement of the pallets is regulated by speed controls and brakes within the tracks.
