Prior to upholstery the seating area is fitted with a 45 mm acoustic foam from the floor, which extends across the ceiling and down the opposite face and seating for density and soundproofing. The fabrics we now offer as standard for all our pods, is the Oceanic range from Camira Fabrics, 100% recycled plastic, from marine waste, please see further information regarding this fabric.

This pod is fitted with two L.E.D lights, along with an integral ceiling mounted air moving fan, bringing air inside the pod from its surrounding ambient air. The L.E.D lights are positioned off centre in the ceiling, along with the fan being central. The switch for both the fan and the lights are positioned externally on the left hand side of the pod, a double 240V 3-pin UK plug socket with two integrated USB charging points is positioned upon the table alongside the rear wall, in polished chrome finish. The two doors are timber framed Panguaneta with 6.8 mm acoustic glass inserts, polished chrome hinges and a D profile handle, the door closes via hidden magnets within the door frame and visible magnets on the internal face of the doors.

The pod gives a library-like silence from the outside when the door is shut.
Hearing standard conversation levels from an individual within the pod is difficult from approximately a one meter distance.

The dimensions of the two seat pod are: 210cm high x 210 cm wide x 70cm deep. The desk is 70cm wide x 70 cm deep.
